Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, backorders, or project-based system purchases. Because Aqua2use greywater systems and related components are often tied to permitting, installation timelines, inventory allocation, and freight handling, this policy explains how cancellations are handled.

General Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us at sales@waterwisegroup.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders that have entered processing, been allocated, palletized, staged, or prepared for freight shipment may not be eligible for cancellation. Processing, handling, and freight-related costs may apply even if the order has not yet left our facility.

For Canadian and other international orders, cancellations may not be available once duties, taxes, customs documentation, or international shipping labels have been generated.

Subscriptions (Filters & Maintenance Items)

Some Aqua2use replacement filters, consumables, or maintenance items may be offered as subscription purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each shipment unless you cancel or modify the subscription in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel or modify your subscription any time before the next billing or shipment by using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting sales@waterwisegroup.com.

Once a subscription shipment has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

Some Aqua2use systems, pumps, or components may be offered as pre-orders or backordered items due to manufacturing lead times or incoming inventory.

For pre-orders, we may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Any remaining balance will be charged before shipment.

Pre-orders and backorders may be cancelled before fulfillment unless the item has already been allocated, built, staged, palletized, or prepared for shipment. Once a pre-order or backordered item has shipped or entered final fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

Project-Based System Orders

Aqua2use greywater systems are frequently purchased for permitted projects, new construction, remodels, or installer-coordinated builds.

Because of this, system orders that have been assigned to a project, allocated, staged for freight, palletized, or prepared for shipment may not be eligible for cancellation. Freight, handling, and processing fees may apply even if the shipment has not yet departed.

Try Before You Buy

Aqua2use greywater systems are not offered under a try-before-you-buy program due to their technical, sanitary, and project-specific nature.

If a limited trial program is offered for specific components in the future, the applicable terms will be clearly stated at checkout.
